Each season, Girls on the Run of Northeast Florida looks for runners to run in our Girls on the Run 5K as Running Buddies for our girls! Being a Running Buddy is a very rewarding way to help a young girl complete something amazing!

The girls have trained for 12 weeks for the big 5K event - you will want to be part of the excitement! A Running Buddy serves as a "running mentor" for a GOTR participant at both her Practice 5K event and the 5K at the end of the season.

Our FALL 2011 New Balance Girls on the Run 5K! will be at the University of North Florida on Saturday, December 3rd.

The cost is $20 for Adults (18 & older) and $10 for youth (under 18).

Registration will begin in September.   Be sure to check back then!
